Process for registering in Se Habla... La Paz

A. Contact us at info@sehablalapaz.com or by using a registration page.

B. Once we have agreed upon your dates, program configuration and details:

Fill out and send a registration page initially or again (if there are important changes from the first)
Send a Registration/Reservation payment to reserve your dates. Non-refundable.
We will remit acknowledgment upon receipt of payment.and send a packet of information via email to begin the process

C. Tuition is due a minimum of 2 weeks before the onset of classes

Choose your method of payment
Personal or corporate check to US account at Smith Barney OR
Via PayPal (see button below)
If you are already in the La Paz area, cash or Boletazo credit card payment in person 2 weeks before initiation of classes
Homestay payments are made directly to the homestay families upon arrival – US dollars only, not thru Se Habla... La Paz
Ideally, registration fees should be received 3 weeks before the start date and then tuition to follow. BUT we recognize that there are last minute plans that happen ... contact us if you want a last minute reservation.
As above, tuition is due in full at the US address 2 weeks before start date. BUT, we can flex those guidelines in cases of last minute planning.
Accommodation fees are payable directly to homestay family. US dollars only, please.
We highly recommend coming in on Saturday if possible to get oriented and relaxed but Sunday arrivals are OK as well.
Mid-week program initiations are tricky so be sure to talk with the school before booking a mid-week arrival.

REGISTRATION & RESERVATION

Single $75

Couple $100

Local (BCS) $40 resident

Includes:

All educational materials, language evaluation
Homestay matching or accommodation assistance
AM coffee bar, snacks, bottled water
La Paz airport pickup, directions from Los Cabos
New family members or friends of previous students receive a $25 discount on full registrations
Weekly cultural presentations at the school
Registration fees are Non-refundable

GENERAL SPANISH LANGUAGE PROGAM

20 hours per week group classes OR 10 hours per week private classes

1 weeks = $250 /Group (20 hours) or Private (10 hours)

2 weeks = $500 /Group (40 hours) or Private (20 hours)

3 weeks = $675 /Group (60 hours)/groups or 30 hours/private

4 weeks = $850 /Group (80 hours)/groups or 40 hours/private

Additional hours Group: $12.50 per hour Private: $25.00 per hour

All returning Se Habla… La Paz students receive an automatic 10% discount on their total hours. No additional registration fees.

NEW family members or friends coming with a returning student will receive a registration discount of $25.00 per person.

All returning students receive a 10% discount on tuition
Any variation of the typical program will be agreed upon in advance and priced accordingly

All tuition will be mutually agreed upon and paid before initiation of the program

Healthcare Program Tuition:

Monday-Friday classrooom = 20 hours weekly with up to 20 hours additional in clinical environments with medical preceptors

Homestay:

Per week/Per person 7 night minimum, $150.00

Private or couples rooms, private or shared bath and 2 meals per day. AC daily use additional $5 per day
for ~8 hours.

There are 3 options to pay via Smith Barney
Send a personal or corporate check to the Tucson address
Walk into a nearby Smith Barney and pay immediately with the account # that we send them
Wire the money by contacting us and we will send them the wire instructions

Cancellation Policy for Se Habla... La Paz

     Registration fee      non-refundable

     Tuition                  full credit carried for 1 year to be able to re-schedule in case of cancellation OR

                                 50% refund only in case of emergency if credit is not applicable.

This applies to the general and medical programs. For the legal programs, please check with the sponsoring organization for their particular cancellation policy.
