Revpanda, an award-winning B2B digital marketing agency, has helped several brands expand and generate more income throughout their journey. Maria Debrincat caught up with Emre Goktas, CEO & Co-Founder at Revpanda for an exclusive interview to discuss all things marketing
This year, you took home AGS’ Marketing Agency of the Year Award, how have you worked up to this title? How crucial are these awards to growing brands?
For us, awards are a confirmation and signal that people recognise and appreciate our work. It correlates with our values, company growth, and the feedback we receive from the clients. It helps a young company like us in building a brand we imagined when we first founded the company since we perceive awards as a trust of authority.
Considering the hard work and dedication we put forward in 2021, it was expected that we would be nominated for some awards within the industry as our goal is to help our clients and provide high-level 360° service.
What are the most notable advancements you have seen and been part of since the launch of RevPanda?
Successfully building an international team is one of our core achievements. We have a team consisting primarily of young people, and we genuinely believe that teamwork makes the dream work. Finding the right people, when you are growing so rapidly is challenging, and being part of a hardworking and ambitious community is very satisfying.
Due to Covid restrictions, many companies had to switch to digital and use digital tools for promotions. We happened to be in the right time and place; the growth in online gaming and crypto across the world played a crucial role in our development since we provide service all around the globe.
As the industry grows, we grow together and have turned our team from a three people agency to a structured company that unites over 100 content creators worldwide and 40+ colleagues in Riga and Istanbul offices.
Last but not least, getting an award is a massive milestone for us, but that’s not all. We managed to create more than 20 million words of content in various languages, launched a worldwide payment method testing service, developed +40 websites, built over 3000 links from high-authority publishers, and increased our revenue by 900% compared to last year.
As a key face in SiGMA’s gatherings and events, tell us more about how these networking opportunities are providing a platform for your growth.
After a long pause due to the COVID-19 outbreak, thanks to SiGMA’s gatherings and events we have managed to expand our network in 2021. “We can see the very positive effects of our participation” in SiGMA events since networking plays a crucial role in our industry, and it provides us with a great opportunity to establish new contacts, make business with new companies or follow up with existing partners.
Aside from the great time and fun we had at SiGMA’s events, we clearly see that these events influence our growth.
We have already confirmed our booth for SiGMA in November and sponsored 8 iGatherings for 2022.
What sets RevPanda apart from its competitors and what’s in store for next year?
We believe that our speed makes us stand out from the competition. We always deliver the projects and results as soon as possible.
Every task is a high priority for us no matter the size. Our client-dedicated project managers focus on immediate solutions, and we always try to come up with the most creative approaches and excellent customer service in +70 GEOs.
We also strive to come up with innovative solutions that could help our partners such as the payment method testing service launched in 2021.
Our main goal is to deliver outstanding results and offer many services through one channel so our partners do not have to go to multiple vendors for design, development and SEO, content writing, translation as they can outsource everything from a one-dedicated project manager.
This allows our partners to save an extraordinary amount of time by receiving one invoice for all the services offered from a dedicated project manager.
In 2022 we want to grow, even more, keep developing our services, get to other markets, and cover more locations.
